• Criteria: We seek participants with normal or corrected to normal vision (lenses or glasses), not taking any medication that may influence the nervous system (i.e., anti-depressants, painkillers, Ritalin or similar), and with the ability to comprehend English.

• Criteria: For this research project we seek participants between 18 and 85 years old,
  understand English, and own an Android Smartphone with a built-in GPS sensor.

• Compensation: Participants will receive a voucher for the Google Playstore with a
  value of CHF 20.-

• Participation: To participate in this study you will first need to register with a valid
  Email address with the QR code below, where you will also find further information. We also ask you to download and install a free app from the Google Playstore and use it on your own smartphone as usual for a period of two weeks. This app runs unnoticeably in the background.

Wir suchen im Mai 2021 dringend Versuchspersonen für unser Experiment über politische Meinungsbildung.
Dieses Experiment wird im Rahmen der Initiative "Digital Lives" des Schweizerischen Nationalfonds (SNF) durchgeführt. Dabei können Sie an der Verlosung für 2 iPads 32 GB (6. Generation) teilnehmen. Es wird entweder im Toni-Areal oder am Campus Irchel stattfinden. Entsprechendes Schutzkonzept ist vorhanden und wird bei der Anmeldung per Mail versendet.

• Kurzer Beschrieb: Sie sind eingeladen, an einer Studie zu "Kommunikation mit Augmented Reality (AR) Visualisierungen in der Stadtplanung" teilzunehmen. Sie werden an der Studie gebeten im Freien in einer realen Umgebung (draussen) mit einer Augmented Reality (AR) Applikation eine kurze Aufgabe zu lösen und anschliessend dazu Fragen zu beantworten. Das Gerät mit der installierten AR Applikation wird Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellt.
• Teilnehmerbedingungen: Sie sind mindestens 18 Jahre alt und im Besitz des Schweizer Stimmrechts, wohnhaft in Zürich, Vorkenntnisse mit dem iOS Betriebssystem (iPhone, iPad), Sie haben am 17.11.19 nicht abgestimmt, Sie fühlen sich gesund und weisen keine Covid-19 Symptome auf (Husten, Fieber, Atembeschwerden, Störungen des Geruchs- oder Geschmackssinns), Sie gehören nicht zu einer Covid-19 Risikogruppe

• What to expect: Participants do questionnaires and spatial tests. In the virtual reality experiment (CAVE), participants are asked to navigate in 2 different virtual cities. During navigation, electrodes are attached to the participants hand.

• Topic: Navigation Study in a Virtual Environment

• Participants: We are looking for voluntary participants who are between 18 and 35 years old.

• What to expect: The study will be conducted using a standard desktop computer. You will solve tasks and your eye movements will be recorded.

• Participants: We are looking for people aged 18-45 years old. 

• What to expect: You will be subject to spatial tasks in the GIVA CAVE VR system. During the experiment you will be connected to skin surface electrodes.

• Prerequisites: german native speaker, no epilepsy history

• Kurzer Beschrieb: Sie sind eingeladen, an einer Studie zu "Gebrauch von mobilen Karten in der realen Welt" teilzunehmen. Sie werden an der Studie gebeten im Freien in einer realen Umgebung (draussen) Navigationsaufgaben zu lösen undd anschliessend dazu Fragen zu beantworten. Während dieser Aufgabe wird mit einer speziellen Brille (Eye-tracking Brille) registriert wo Sie hinschauen. Ich möchte dabei Informationen über den Umgang mit/Gebrauch von mobilen Kartenapplikationen gewinnen.

• Partitipants: We are looking for people aged 65-75 years old. 

• What to expact: We will show you visualizations and record your eye movements and ask questions about what you saw.
