Dr. Yahya Gamal Visits Urban Analytics
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Yahya Gamal from the Urban Big Data Centre at the University of Glasgow for a three-month visit to the group. Drawing on his expertise in artificial intelligence and agent-based modelling, he will work with the group to explore new approaches to modelling urban systems.
We are very happy to welcome Dr. Yahya Gamal to the Urban Analytics group at the University of Zurich for a three-month visit.
Yahya is a Research Associate in the Artificial Intelligence for Collective Intelligence (AI4CI) Hub, based at the Urban Big Data Centre, University of Glasgow.
Yahya’s visit builds on our ongoing collaboration with Prof. Alison Heppenstall’s AI4CI team on agent based models in transport. During his time with us, we will use this foundation to explore new ideas around agent-based models, housing systems, and AI emulators for urban simulation.
We are looking forward to having Yahya as part of the group over the coming months.
