elearning@GeoWiss
- offers support during planning, development and implementation of your e-learning components or projects
- develops media for your courses (graphics, animations etc.) or organizes its production
- organizes trainings for software/tools and for use of learning platforms (role as author on OLAT, Moodle, blackboard etc.)
- advises you on the creation/design of digital tests and questionnaires
- assists you with enrollment for courses and excursions
- administrates e-learning products (e.g. in case of missing project coordinator)
- tests and optimizes digital parts of your courses (websites, digital documents, courses, etc.)
- informs about current trends and projects
- keeps in touch with other e-learning coordinators, the e-learning portal of UZH, collaborators of MELS (Multimedia & E-Learning Services, OLAT) and the Informatikdienste ID.
Important!
elearning@GeoWiss may support you faster and better, if you:
- ask for assistance early and describe precisely your expectations (objectives, volume of work, distribution, delivery dates)
- inform detailed about your running or future e-learning course offerings (number of participants, fixed dates, learning methodology/organisation, tutors, necessary assistance)
- register on all your OLAT courses Helmut Flitter (username: flitter) as owner
Don't forget to make an entry for your new OLAT courses into the OLAT catalogue!
E-learning competence network
Expertise in e-learning is allocated to different "players" at UZH. They form the e-learning competence network and support e-learning / e-teaching activities:
- E-learning coordinators (ELK) of special divisions and faculties
- E-learning Portal UZH
- Multimedia & E-Learning Services (MELS, OLAT incl.)
